Design Sprints
One of the frameworks I use on a regular basis is Design Sprints by Google Ventures, which is based on the understanding of Design Thinking. The Sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing. It helps to solve problems quickly and combines the design perspective with an agile approach.
